Around Motovun there are vineyards with famous Istrian wine varieties, and in the vicinity, there are numerous quality taverns and restaurants where you can enjoy famous Istrian specialties. Many interesting events take place in this city, of which the most famous international Motovun Film Festival is held in late July, featuring renowned film artists from all over the world.
This modern single-storey house, built according to the highest standards of construction, provides accommodation for optimal 4 and maximum 6 guests. The fully air-conditioned villa has two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed while in the other room there are two single beds that can be connected, if needed. For additional two people there are extra beds that can be placed in the bedrooms or in the living room, depending on the preference of guests. The interior and exterior of the villa are directly connected with the glass wall, and there is direct access to the garden area from all the rooms in the house.
In the beautiful green garden there is a 36 m2 swimming pool, which has a pre-and post-season heating. Outdoor barbecue, garden furniture and dining table, and four sun loungers give you with the opportunity to enjoy and relax in the exterior of the villa. From the additional content and entertainment there are also three TVs, Netflix, and bicycles.
